Emergency Home Delivery

The Home Delivery Program is a one-time delivery for the year.

To be eligible you must not have transportation and be home bound. If clients are trying to schedule a Home Delivery they need to call West Ohio Food Bank at 419-222-7946 and get a hold of Grant Rummel at extension 206. If Grant does not answer, please leave a voicemail clearly stating your name, address, and phone number.

Below is a list of questions that are asked by West Ohio Food Bank for anyone requesting food delivery. We realize there are several different situations that can occur and these questions are meant to serve as guidelines or a basis to determine need. Based upon those answers a Distribution Coordinator will determine if home delivery is needed and schedule it accordingly.
